What is this?

Someone on my local craigslist is trying to find out what this is.

They say is is bantam, but I don't know if they know what they are talking about

added: They seem to think it is a "rare" breed.

I dont think it is a bantam-- editted:It kinda looks like a jaerhon but not completely and they are kinda small chickens

The pattern is cool, it almost looks like a silver spangled in color, a cross as far as the breed. It looks like a standard breed to me.

It looked standard to me too-maybe a cross of something? Hard to tell I know-just figured I would have better luck figuring it out here than she would on Craigslist.

Well, I think maybe it's either very rare (not) or just a mixed breed
