What is this??? How can I help it??? She has a black dot on each foot and her feet are swelled. Any ideas????

I can't see your pics but if the dot is on the bottom of the pad, she has bumblefoot, a staph infection in the foot. Do a search here and there are numerous threads telling you how to deal with it.
