what is up with this egg?

I've been incubating some chicken egg and while getting out all the clear eggs and since I Crack open all the eggs I Seen this. Its Where you check the fertility of the egg. What is this? Is it my hen or something else ? Is it a fertile egg gone wrong? You can see it the best in the first picture

No after I took those pictures I dropped the shell and broke the yolk

Hmm. Not sure, mine was always a white spot. That looks more solid.I hope someone will come along and explain for both of us.

So this egg has been incubated? Because it kinda looks like an embryo just barely started and then quit.
