Im not sure what it is, but it looks sore & irritating to say the least. Where did you get it from? Any chance maybe an older bird has hurt it today?

Looks like it could be a sinus infection... if possible, I'd return it...

Got her from our feed store. She was with about 30 others and she is one of the bigger ones. I will take her back monday if she still looks bad. It's not red today. I'm just keeping her separate from my hen. Thanks
