I have the chicken in a isolated place. (Near woods) And the chickens are in the run.

is the chick in question in a cage of some kind
someone needs to jump in because all that i know is that some diseases are air born

even if the chicken is dead make sure that no other animals can feast on it
i really dont know how certain diseases are spread i just know that they are
you learned a lesson the hard way
the next time that you bring home a new bird please isolate it first for a month

I got the impression that this was a full grown hen.

Dallas, you are going to have to spend the rest of your daylight hours cleaning the coop and run. It is very likely this hen will die. It is possible your other birds will have become infected by now. Burn it if you cannot find the state vet to do an autopsey for a reasonable fee.
Keep everything as clean as you can. Scrub out water and food dishes with bleach water. Rake down the pen.
I'd let the person you got her from know that she got sick, but I wouldn't expect them to refund your money because they will likely say it is something that happened at your end not theirs. If you got her at an auction or show there may be people that need to be informed about this seller, but that is stuff to worry about tomorrow.

i was just not spelling out the entire word cause i feel old and lazy today
is there something he should be giving his other birds that shared the coop with the sick bird
like a vitamins
hopfull he isnt answering cause he is slaving to that coop and pen

YES it is a full grown hen.
And also yes I will clean the food and water thingies.

It rained for ten minutes. I put it under my trampoline, but it still has a little rain on it.

Ok. I checked on her this morning and I thought it was official. But, I tapped the cage, and her head moved and she blinked. I think somehow she might be paralized from her neck down. I'm not sure if that's the case though. AND, if there is hope what should I do with her?

She could be over-heated...are you feeding any kind of corn feed? If so, stop. Corn is fine in the fall and winter months, but it also causes the body to generate heat. Chickens can't sweat, so they pant. If she is over--heated, they often vomit and get very listless and often die. I would separate her just in case, if you are feeding corn--stop for hot months, and give her plenty of fluids and layer pellet. Did you feel her crop? I was also thinking she could have sour crop--hence the yellow stuff coming out of her mouth. Feel her crop and tell me how it feels--is it soft,empty, hard? A good way I can tell if it is sour crop is, I carefully lean my chicken forward, head down, massage the crop upwards--this is risky, as the chicken can aspirate, so you want to do this quickly, allow her to breathe, then do it again, etc. After they vomit, I give 1 tsp of olive oil, massage the crop, etc. Let us know and I will give you more info if this is the case.
