What is wrong with her?

Hi everyone I have a question about one of our Brahmas, what is going on with her feathers? It’s not the roosters and it’s not lice or mites so what is it?

It looks like she is getting feather plucked by her flock mates. I have a Brahma whose bottom looks very similar. I coat her bottom with SWAT or BLUKOTE to heal the area and to prevent further pecking.
