What is wrong with my chicken, should i put her down???

OK, so i have 3 speckled sussex (among my other chickens) and one of them, has a weird chest, its like all puffed out. Also she doesn't really seem to be growing very much at all, also she doesn't "talk" much. My dad picked her up today and she threw up, so should we put her down or what? PLEASE HELP!!! I love her, and i want the best for her and my flock, what do i do??? Thanks so much!
OH and she walks with a hop in her step and it isn't normal

Sounds like it could be a crop issue. Maybe sour crop. Is there an odor coming from her mouth? You could try giving her some olive oil soaked bread or just plain olive oil dribbled down her beak then massage the crop to help digest what ever is blocked in there. Not sure about the hop in her walk tho. Does her droppings look normal? Is she still eating/drinking on her own? are her feathers fluffed out or is it just her chest that is sticking out? the more info you give us on her the better we are able to help you

Im not sure about the odor- and she doesn't really make any noise
her droppings are watery
She IS still eating and drinking on her own
Her chest is sticking out all weird, its not roundish like a normal chicken

This almost sounds like a physical deformity. That's why pics are so helpful.
