What is wrong with my chicken? (with pictures)

I have 11 hens. My Golden Comet hen is 3 years old. She is one of my favorite and loves to follow me all around the yard. I let all my hens roam our yard all day, each day, weather permitting. She has been very quiet the last two days. She does not seem to want to move. She has been keeping her head tucked closer to her body than is shown in the picture. The top of her comb is flopped over and she is holding her right foot odd; kinda curled up. Her back is humped up. Her poo is a bright greenish-yellow. (more green than yellow) She will walk around the yard very slowly, stopping often. She keeps falling asleep. She will stand near some tall weeds in the yard and keep her little eyes closed. She will act interested when I cone near her or if she sees a nearby bug flying...but other than that, she remains quiet and hunkered down. What can be done?

I am a newbie but is that a sign of Merek's? Partial paralysis. I hope I am wrong and hope you get some expert advice.

I don't think so, she will just hold her leg that way when she stands. She will walk on it fine and does not seem to be in pain from her leg.
