My chicken’s face is white. I started applying miconazole cream per the recommendation of another forum member but it did not seem to help. Now my chicken is having trouble walking as well (very wobbly and unstable). I’m at a loss as to what is happening and would appreciate some help or advice.

She definitely have favus, a fungal infection of her face, ears, and starting in her comb. Miconazole is the usual treatment applied at least once or twice a day. If not treated it can spread over the whole head and neck. How old is she and does she lay eggs anymore? Has she been wormed? She has scaly leg mites on her feet and legs. Those can be treated with vaseline or other thick oil applied to the legs and rubbed in to smother the mites. Do that for several weeks every other day as needed. Ivermectin pour on (5 mg per ml—dosage is 0.1 ml for each 2 pounds of weight) might be a good treatment in addition to the oil. Her right foot looks a bit lumpy, so I would check for any bumblefoot scabs on the bottom, or considier gout as a possible problem. There are some pictures of SLM in the pictures of this link:
