What is wrong with my chicken

So I went to check on my chickens this morning and my Buff Orpington was like this

Does anyone know whats wrong with her
She's still really active like she normally is and I checked for wounds and she doesn't appear to have any.

She just looks like she got wet, or got something on her feathers.

Does it feel wet, or is it oily / sticky / some other texture? Is there a smell? Unless it seems to be some kind of substance that won't come off, or could be harmful, it's probably nothing to worry about (given you said you've already checked for wounds and couldn't find any).
