What is wrong with my chicken?

I have 16 chickens. I bring treats out and all of them get the treats except for my one Buff Orpington. She is not picked on. I have two BO; and it seems like they run the show, NO ONE messes with them. However, when I pass out the treats, one of the BO's are not motivated to run and get it. It looks odd. I don't know if she's deaf, blind, or whatever. All my babies are running for the treats, and she's just looking around letting others get the treats; nothing like the others.
What are your thoughts? She runs to come get them, she interactive, she's present, but when a treat is thrown to her, she's not quick enough to grab it and run off. I think it's very much a lack of speed. Not sure.....

Some chickens are not very fast and don't have much spunk. If her face isn't droopy and she doesn't have diarrhea then she may not be ill. Try giving her treats in secret from the other hens.

Thanks for your reply, it's good to know that some chickens aren't as spunky. Her face is not droopy; and there's so much poop I wouldn't know where to start.

I've tried to give her treats in secret, I have so many 2 legged followers and she's so darn slow and scared that she doesn't get the treat. When she does get the treat we try throwing treats in the opposite direction so the others will be diverted. Her face is paler looking than the other BO though, same age. I know though that chickens grow their combs and waddles at a different rate. She runs odd too....
