I brought 3 of them young and just noticed it one day.. they have feathers growing out of the legs and feet so not as noticeable as you may think

There could be a bacterial or viral arthritis, mycoplasma synoviae (MS,) or severe bumblefoot. I would look at the footpads for any dark spots. Looks at the joints of the feet and legs for redness or swelling. She could use with good veterinary care and antibiotics now, since she is probably in pain.
