What is wrong with my chicks leg?

This is 1 of 2 surviving incubator hatchlings. I am not sure what is wrong with him but I am treating him for spraddle leg. I am not sure what I'm looking at. I had chick with mom but he wasn't walking, just trying to hop in her direction. It seems that the right leg functions normally. Thanks all for your help!

Upon further inspection, the left leg is bent backwards. Is there a way to treat and fix?

Thank you, for now I am trying vitamin B complex and splinting the leg, chicken seems to be in pain. I am hoping that is the best route. I also have chicken vitamins and rx drops
