What is wrong with my Copper Marin hen?

She is losing a lot of her lower back feathers... The other four hens are fine. Are they picking on her at night??

She either has lice, mites or a overly eager rooster.

How can I tell what it is? Our rooster could be doing it, but how can one tell?

Check the hen for mites or lice? Look around the vent area. Lice are little white bugs which leaves eggs on the feather shaft. Mites are usually black and very small.
