What is wrong with my ducklings?

After I got home from work this afternoon, I let my about 10 week old ducklings out. They appeared fine and ran to their pond. They were swimming fine and then one of the ducklings had their head tilted all the way back and was upside down, having a hard time getting back up. I got her out and then another one did the same thing. And then after that one, another one started doing it. They rest appear fine, and I have the 3 separated from the others, but they are still continuing to flop upside down and kick their legs with their head underneath them. They'll stop for a moment and do it again.

Google botulism poisoning symptoms in poultry. I have never had it but I believe those are the symptoms. There are some things you can do to help.
