What is wrong with my duck's foot?

What is wrong with her foot? The nail on this one looks bad and there is like a brown plug looking thing on it- looks like a rock or a ball of dirt..I have no clue. She walks around just fine---

It's called bumble foot. I've forgotten how to treat it just off my head, but if you search that into BYC you'll get plenty of results.
