What is wrong with my hen

I do not have picture becasue my camera is not working but she is waddleing and her stance is wired she stands but her tail and butt touch the ground. Her lower area by her vent its swollen and airy. Her butt is very nasty and smells a little. Shes not eating very much. She likes to lean against the walls. Is it an egg bound she was perfectly fine friday and saturday morning this happened?
Any ideas or ways to save her

Sounds egg bound, i would give her an epsom salt bath to help the egg out.

Really need good clear pictures of her butt and her stance.
It does sound like she may be egg bound. You can test by gently inserting a greased finger into her vent about up to the first knuckle. You feel an egg if she is egg bound.
