What is wrong with my Hen?

It looks like her vent is hanging. Wish I could post a video here, she’s behaving normal and eating without any issues. Never seen such a thing. Any ideas? What should I do?

First thing that comes to mind is ascites.
Is her abdomen bloated at all? (abdomen is located underneath the vent in between the legs) Try comparing it to another chickens abdomen and see if there's a difference.
Does she waddle at all when she walks?

Also what is her age? When was the last time she laid an egg?
