What is wrong with my hen??!!

I first noticed her waddling instead of walking. She then started to slow down and stop walking. I put her in a bucket of water with salt to treat her dirty vent but it seems to have not worked. I also noticed a huge bump in her stomach. What should I do for her that is best.

How old is she and when did she last lay?

She looks very swollen, does her belly feel like a water filled balloon? If so, you could try to drain some of the fluid to reduce the pressure on her organs.
