What is wrong with my hen?

This morning I found one of my hens having an apparent seizure. She can’t stand upright and is flailing about. Anything I can do to help her? Or should I put her out of her misery?

Does she have any other symptoms? How old is she?

It's always possible she flushed and bonked her head on something.

I would personally give her a day or two in a quarantine bin to see if she'll bounce back.

I dunno exactly how old exactly. The seizure hasn’t stopped. I’ll give her some more time, but I don’t think she’ll make it.

Ooof, yeah, if it's been going on for hours putting her down might be the only option. Sorry to hear that.

Oh, I'm sorry, but if the seizure hasn't stopped, it's probably best to euthanize. I suspect that she flushed and hit her head, but it's hard to say without knowing a lot more about your setup.
