Three days ago one of my KC girls quit laying and is keeping to herself away from the others. She just stands or lays quietly, watching the world, or laying her head on her back. When she moves she doesn't seem to have the energy she used to, and she is not interested in food. I have seen her drinking, however. We are new to duck raising, having gotten the flock about six weeks ago, so I am not sure what to try or if there is truly anything wrong with her.

She could be egg bound?....Does she appear to be straining like she is trying to push out and egg?....You can try feeling to see if she has an egg stuck or soak her bottom in warm Epsom salt water for twenty minutes...Dont let her drink it though...Its works like a laxative....

No, from what I have read I don't think she is egg-bound. She does move around the yard, albeit with less energy than the others. She does not look like she has eggs stuck inside her or is trying to push them out. She walks normally but seems somewhat subdued. She must be foraging to some extent because this is the sixth day and she is still alive and moving. As we just acquired the flock about six weeks ago, we are at this point still unable to pick them up, although they walk right along next to me quacking loudly when it is feeding time.

Abdomen distended at all? Is she losing her feathers?

Does she have a favorite treat you can give to encourage movement.... Is she eating, pooping and drinking okay?

No and no. They all love fruit and tomatoes, and I have tossed those right in front of her and she has not shown any interest. She does drink, and may be foraging bugs and such but doesn't eat the veggie and fruit scraps and duck chow I feed them. I can't tell if she is pooping or not. It's a big yard and there are trees. If I sat out there for a long time I might be able to see her do something. This morning she came right toward me with her beak open when I fed them, but she wouldn't eat.

I am so sorry to hear this!!
is there a vet in your area that would be the best option
other than that try to quarantine her from the others, try to get a poop sample, a vet might be able to do a fecal even if they wont see the bird (just tell them its cat poop)
it could be any number of things like worms, or peritonitis, ascites, etc.
we will help you as best we can and may ask a lot of questions

what area are you located? (is it hot/cold/wet/desert) I am in the northeast and so some issues i have wouldnt affect someone the same if they were in say Phoenix
do you know how old they are?
what are they eating?
bedding?
