What is wrong with my password?

Ok, i tried putting a BYC T-shirt in my cart so i could buy one and it says i have to put my email and password in, well I forgot my password as i never actually log off and so i put my email in the box under Forgotten password? and it says my Email is wrong! I know it isnt, i even checked under my profile to see. What should i do?

The Store Account is different from the BYC Forum Password. I think you go in as new customer.
