What is wrong with my silkies head?

I only have 4 silkie chicks all of the same age from the same place together. There is zero access to them from the older birds.. I’ll most certainly keep a close eye to see if I can notice anything. I may get a little camera for the coop to keep my eye on them! Thanks again so much!!
