What is wrong with my Turkey

My 18 week old turkey is walking around with it's eyes, eating almost normally and running around slightly slower than normal.

Some more info would be helpful: How long has this been going on? Slow onset, or (both eyes?) sudden? Any other turks/chooks around that might have caused injury? Looks like infection (swelling around eye). You might want to start with Terramycin eye ointment (somewhat expensive, but effective). Any other signs/symptoms?

I noticed it this am when i let birds out of coop. Other than her being slightly off because she really can only see out of one eye she is acting pretty normally. She even flew up onto my deck to roost with other turkeys until 8:00pm when i put them in coop for the night. She could of been fighting with anouther bird while roosting...idk. She is eating and drinking and running around with others.

Thanks for the clarification. Pick up a tube of Terramycin Opthalmic Ointment. You can also flush with normal saline eyedrops in the meantime. Could well be an injury that has become infected. If the swelling continues to increase it would probably be a good idea to start a systemic antibiotic.

I actually used 0.3% ciloxan drops in her eyes in case it was conjunctivitis.
