What is wrong with this chick??

Didn't notice this yesterday when I cleaned the bedding and checked all their butts.. but something is definitely wrong with this chick. Any ideas and how can I help it?

UPDATE: had to clean off pasty butt again this morning and now it looks even more swollen. I have the chicks electrolyte/probiotic/prebiotic water this morning. Also they get medicated feed.. any ideas of what I can do to help or what is wrong would be appreciated. This pic is after I cleaned it this morning.

Did you ever figure out what was wrong with this baby? Is it okay? I have one similar… serama chick so super tiny and only 6 days old. Been treating for pasty butt but she has a growth that looks similar. I don’t think it’s vent prolapse because there’s nothing to push it back into. But all bare around her bum. She was born that way and I thought she would grow out of it but I’m kind of concerned.
