What is wrong with this chick?!?!

This happened with a guinea that a friend hatched out of an incubator last week. Its fine now and looks the same as the others.
 
Short down on a chick is typically caused by too high a temp or too low humidity during incubation. Occasionally, ventilation could be a factor. For too high temp, it could have been in a hot spot in the bator to be affected. For too low humidity, could have been an older egg that had already started losing moisture before incubation even started.
