I can't tell from the pic but is the crop swelling. If so, touch it and find out if it is hard or if it is soft and moveable. If it is soft and moveable it might be a ruptured airsac. My guinea keet got attacked by my cat and he swelled up from his crop all the way to his neck and I had to drain it. Your chick might have something else but I cant really tell from the picture.

It's actually on the top right, almost on her shoulder. Soft and moveable

Put her to the light and if it is in fact a ruptured airsac, you will see it is very translucent.

Yes, ruptured air cells can recede on their own.
