What is wrong with this duck?

What is wrong with her? It's like her right "breast" is hanging low and weird, we thought it was just food or something, but it hasn't gone away, and it feels like your arm fat, or thigh fat or something...

Should I be concerned? What should I do? Thank you!

I think we need to get @casportpony to have a look she has many more Muscovy than I maybe she has seen this. How’s her poop look? Might want to get some pics of it. How old is she? She looks young.

Asking because one of my Buffs some evenings has a distorted looking chest from pigging out but it's gone by morning.

My ducks typically look like this after going for a swim. They tend to gorge themselves on water while swimming.

Normally I would say it just food in the crop, but if it's not going away after 24-48 hours you should be concerned. Can you take her to a vet?

She is around 6 months old, we don't think it's her crop, her poop is 100 percent normal.

Her chest is like that 24/7 and it's been like that for 1 1/2 weeks, I would prefer not take her to the vet...

I don't want to scare you, but I have seen something that looked a lot like this, but I never did figure out what it was, and sadly, the ones that had it, did not survive.
