Sometimes hens just lay goofy looking eggs. My hens do so every once in a while, my leghorn being the worst for it. I don't think there is anything wrong with your hen, just a bit of a manufacturing error
Sometimes, for unknown reasons, hens lay odd-looking eggs. It not necessarily because they have some sort of disease or deformity; it just randomly occurs. I don't think its anything to worry about.
Have you had any sneezing or respiratory symptoms in the flock? Sometimes infectious bronchitis can affect the reproductive system and cause eggs to be malformed. If not, it's probably just a weird egg.
