What is wrong with this hens crop?

I noticed over the past few months her crop has been getting bigger, and it seems to be interfering with things, since she is not nearly as active anymore. I've heard they can have crop issues but I don't know much about it. Anyone know what this could be?

This looks more like pendulous crop. But that’s why I tagged some experts because I don’t even know where to begin if so.

I agree, it looks like a Pendulous Crop.
You may need to make her a Crop Bra to see if you can help that empty.
With her crop being Pendulous and probably not emptying very well, it may also be Sour.

I'd treat as Sour and also put a bra on her to see if that helps.
