Strangest looking turkey poult I've ever seen. I think you'll be able to figure out which one I'm talking about:
This egg was the only duck egg that survived my incubator crash about 2 weeks ago. It survived crashing to the floor and being chilled for who knows how long. The egg was really cold when I found the mess, ambient room temp was probably about 70. I put the surviving eggs into the other incubator.
I thought it would be ok to keep them together for the first few days. I'm going to have to separate after that so the duck doesn't eat too much game bird starter and get angel wing.
