I'm a ruby and I have a couple of small ones, one that was my grandmother's. She was an opal, go figure!
My son is a diamond and I honestly don't know what DH is. I don't think he cares!!

Mine is Ruby and they are my favorite. My mom, dad,daughter, oldest son, and grandson are all the Peridot. My mom had this beautiful ring her father gave her when she was 16 and she wanted to make a pendant out of it and give it to her only granddaughter (my daughter) but thanks to theives she won't get to. I have been bleesed and have several ruby rings.

Have some largish, cloudy pale ones that look a lot like jade.
Have some very small dark ones.

Ruby, but I prefer amethyst and tanzanite. I'm a purple freak. Don't really care for diamonds all that much. WHEN (not if, but when) I get my engagement ring it will be a claddagh with a sapphire, like the ones pictured here:

Mine is a Garnet . . .I think so far I'm the only January! I have a son who is also a Garnet, one son a Ruby and a Daughter who is Opal. Opal is my DH too!
