What is your "cut off date" for selling eggs?

I went to the bank to open a business account... the advisor is getting two dozen eggs every other week now...

I am hatching more chicks to have more eggs to cover the demand!

I've got 150 layer chicks coming today i've got one place that gets 30 doz a week and the people at church stand in line to get my eggs,once people get their teeth on a fresh egg they want ever go back.

I wouldn't sell them over a month old either BUT I think we would all be amazed that the lenght 'store bought' eggs are kept! I once purchased 2 doz eggs and it had an expiration date that was (2) TWO months from the day I purchased them.. Now we all know they didn't go out to the 'farm', gather the eggs, and bring them fresh into the store!! Dixie
