My dream chicken is a Mottled Houdan (hopefully getting!!).

Large Blue Wheaten Ameraucanas, where the females lay the largest, most blue eggs you can imagine, everyday and are show quality to boot.

My dream chicken is a blue cochin that lays multiple colored eggs, which she then brings into the house. Of course, she also cleans her own coop.

Any chicken, breed does not matter, as long as it lays a solid golden egg every day!

A hen that will mature at 6+ pounds, a cock bird at 9+.

Lays a large egg, about medium brown in color, with good shell qualities and at least 200+ a year.

Matures rapidly (not Cornish-X speed though) with good feed conversion.

Strong disease and parasite resistance.

Good foraging abilities, only minimally broody.

Not overly flighty, nor are the roosters aggressive.

Will breed true, as in not a hybrid.

My dream chicken is a Show Quality Silver Laced Wyandotte hen that lays 200+ eggs a year and is Gorgeous!!!!

But for my current flock my dream is to have 12 RIR hens and 12 BR hens.

I like what everyone else has said as their dream, but the only additional thing I want is for my hen to lay clear shelled eggs so that I could see the progress when incubating and know whether it's a viable egg, a dud, growing or a quitter. This would take so much worry and stress out of incubating!!
