What is your dream chicken?

A breed of hen that woud lay non-stop everyday, beautiful jumbo sized eggs, and that would go broody when you told her too. Im going to say, hens 8 pounds, roosters 10. Color: something like the Buttercup, where the hen is almost completely different then the rooster.

I'd like a medium sex link with a rose comb and clean yellow legs that is a good forager and occasionally goes broody: hardy and good temperament.
The hens must lay 250+ brown eggs and the Roos must be good leaders and fathers.
Towards this goal I've raised various Colombian pattern silver birds and done my homework on genetics
