wow.....that is such an unfair question! I started out with Amber Stars and Amber Whites and fell in love with them and said that was the only chicken I would ever raise. I was going to raise them and sell them because EVERYBODY would want an Amber Star (which has the most incredibly soft feathers). Then I discovered Americaunas, Red Sex links, Buff Orpingtons, Lavendar Orpingtons...STOP!!!!!! So now I've got Salmon Favorelles and Swedish Flower Hens and I am trying to write a plan of action about what breeds I want to raise. I can keep the Red Sex links and others for eggs for sale and to eat but I wanna raise some "special ones". The Salmon Favorelles act like no other chicken I've owned before. They have a beautiful singing chirp and they run out to greet me when I go to lock them in at night, lol. So we all sit for awhile and they jump on my lap or sit next to me and just talk about their day. So right now, at this moment, in this hour, in this minute....Salmon Favorelles.

Yes, I love them. I have Gold and Silver Wyandottes and absolutely love them...though secretly I really love the Golds more, lol. They are soooooo pretty and their butts have the shape of a heart......something I will NEVER have
