I know people have done this before but here’s another one! What’s your favorite breed and why?? Is it good for meat, eggs, showing, going broody, or just has a calm temperament. I would love to know!!

That's a tough one. I love Cochins for the fluff and Dark Brahmas for the temperament and that penciling!

Barnvelders. Lovely terra cotta eggs in a decent amount. Nice temperament. Usually very sweet roosters. Long living. Started with a nice rooster and slowly line bred red layers to create utility Barnies. Love that line.
