Favorite: Barred Rock. They are so gorgeous, and I heard they're really sweet and smart too. I'm dreaming of having one.

Least Favorite: I'd have to say turkens. They scare me. Sorry.

Favorite: Cream Legbars!!! They are beautiful, friendly, autosexing, crested and lay blue eggs to boot! I get 5-6 beautiful eggs a week from each of my girls.

Yes I love the blue eggs my easter eggers give me, however out of the 7 chickens I have the 2 easter eggers are my least favorite personality wise. Very skittish and loud.

I've only had these 5 week old chickens for 5 weeks, 2 americaunas, 2 black australorps, and 2 RIRs. So far my favorite is the largest of the 6, a red americauna. She seems to be the queen of the hen house and the other 5 generally follow her around. I put them in their permanent coop two days ago even though it's still under construction. Yesterday I opened the maintenance doors, which is a two foot drop to the ground. She was the only one adventurous enough to jump out and explore the yard. I was surprised the other 5 didn't follow her, and more surprised she was able to jump back up into the raised coop.

Least favorite currently are the Rhode Island Reds. Wayyy too skittish.

Favourite is my favorelles. They are just so friendly and placid.

We also had an australorpe years ago that was a lovely bird with the kids too.
