I love spring... Lot's of new little babies are born (calves, goat kids, and chicks), and everything starts greening up and warming up!

Maybe in Texas... that sort of thing doesn't happen where I am. We had a high tornado warning and there was actually a twister seen in April, but as far as I know it didn't do any damage. That's the only tornado that I've EVER encountered.

There are hardly any tornadoes where I am (usually). But this year has been insane.

We have tornadoes about once every 25 years. One happened within my first week of the school there. I was 7. I watched as it went strait through our classroom. Quite traumatizing.

Yeah...... That's true. We got some really bad winds here, but no tornadoes. Knocked out two windows in the garage, took a bunch of shingles off the house, took a few metal roofing panels off one of the barns, took the tied-up canoe out of the pond and threw it onto the fence 100 feet away, took a large pricker bush and deposited it in our front yard (still don't know where it came from), blew the entire patio furniture set up and over the car, and (*gulp*) rolled one of our livestock trailers a few times, until it finally hit a fence. But no one got hurt!
