Needless to say I have been in kitchen since yesterday..The only thing I have accomplished so far is The cole slaw, thawing and cooking giblets, boiling eggs for stuffing and deviled eggs and peeling and devaining shrimp for Gumbo. Turkey, Duck, Goose and Whole Roasters are in Brine now, Duck goes onto smoker this afternoon.
