what killed my chicken??

Found a chicken dead with half its breast eaten laying under the steps going into the coop.must have happened last night or early this morning. No holes big enough for any predators to enter their coop I'm stumped and don't won't it to happen again. Any suggestions? They're 3 months old and other than the occasional neighbor cat sitting on the coop we haven't had a problem.

Are you sure you don't have a small hole enough for a weasel? My friend had hens that we taken out by weasels in the same manner. They only need a one inch diameter hole.

Caught a small skunk hopefully that was it. Thanks for the advice.
