Well there is your first problem Are all the remaining birds locked up nightly?

Did you find where the predator entered the run? Hole dug under? Etc...

Last two nights I’ve put the young ones up on the high roost polls , hopefully in a few weeks they will learn to get up there selfs. There was evidence where something tried to dig under , but my wire is a few inches under ground.

Secure your birds at night, in the coop all the time. Runs are pretty safe during the day. Incidental noise can drive them off and they are much bolder at night. TSC sells 2x4 wire in 2' widths. Here is some on Amazon, coated will last longer but steel is fine. Make an apron around your run so they can't dig in.
