Look like Easter Eggers to me! My three are the same only 4.5 weeks old now and growing by leaps and bounds these days! I don't think you' b able to tell sex a bit. Mine were supposed to be sexed but their can always be errors. So far mine are all looking like pullets. Most recent pic:

I know that's not what they were called at the store but thanks! They do look alike. Should I be worried about the one that is so much smaller? I have seen it eat it has a healthy appetite.

The feed store probably (incorrectly) called them Ameraucanas or Araucanas (which are true breeds with a standard of perfection to adhere to). Easter Eggers are basically mixes derived from one of those two breeds, and they're fun little birds :)
As long as your runt is active, eating and drinking, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Yes that's what they were called! Cool, anyway to make them less skittish? I have had them since they were 2 days old and they still run and are not happy being held and won't let you pet them.

Treats and time. Chickens are prey animals, they're scared of everything. They'll eventually get used to you. It may take months, and they may never like to be held, but they'll associate you with food at some point and think you're the best thing there's ever been :)
