what kind is it?

i have a duck i got about a month ago and the guy told me it was a silkie duck but i am not sure if he really knew what he was talking about because he didn't seem like he knew much about any of the animals he was selling

I have next to no experience with ducks but my guess is white call duck.

. How old is it? I don't think silkies come in white yet.
