Eat the leftover sticks from the alfalfa hay in with the goats.

They are wasting so much alfalfa I feel like I could feed a whole 'nother animal!!!

you shouldn't feed a mini alfalfa - too rich for them - it will make them sick

I never thought it was bad for them, just that in most areas alfalfa's more expensive than grass hay, and they're more likely to clean up the grass better cause the stems are finer. I'm anti-waste and make my goats "clean their plates" so to speak
