Are these the same kind of bantam? Is the one with the super red comb a roo?

The breed looks like Golden Seabright to me. Too young for me to determine the sex of chicks this young. There are others that may be able to..

Looks more like a D’Anvers to me. I’m not too experienced with the breed though. The one with the red comb looks like a cockerel

Agreed and based on the coloring, all cockerels.
