What kind of bantam?

I found this picture on google any guesses on what breed they might be? I really like them and would like to get some.

they are frizzed seramas (or maybe just really rough looking feather wise)

I agree with the Frizzled Serama, but keep in mind when you order, trade etc for frizzles as baby chicks, there is no guarentee you will get the frizzle, or the sizzle.
