I just picked up an assortment of Bantam chicks and wondering what these guys are!

Looks like an OEGB (Olde English Game Bantam). I picked up 2 yesterday that look just like it, tiny little things! You're lucky to have found Polish, I went to TSC looking specifically for them and they didn't have any. Poo

I found them at TSC, but they only had three! One was picking on the rest so I only picked up the two. I was specifically looking for Silkies, but once I saw the assortment I couldn't bring myself to leave these cute little guys your best bet is to have them call you when their shipment of Bantam chicks come in... I went in that night to snag these!
