I barrel race, and in our horse arena on top of a barrel yesterday, I found two eggs just like this and this one today, and would like to know what kind of bird laid it. There was no nest surrounding the eggs either time. Our neighbors have guineas and a variety of Bantams and large chicken and duck breeds. We also have many wild bird species, including turkey and quail on our property. What do you think? I am fairly certain our two BRs and one RIR could not have laid three just like this. What do you think? (Egg is on left, compared with one of our BR eggs)
