How do I keep my chickens water from not freeze over night

I've always used galvanized waterers with heater bases under them. You can see one at https://www.mcmurrayhatchery.com/no_freeze_heater_base.html. They work very well.

Ideas on these breeds? From a little research I think I have Orpingtons, production red, and idk the other black and white.

Question on the Easter egger. Is it normal for the comb on EE to be small like that? She has had her comb that way since we had her and she is healthy and drinks and eats fine, I see no reason she should be in distress or dehydrated.

Also, I don't think she has been laying either but I am still trying to figure out who lays which eggs. But we get about 3 eggs a day so I think she is the one not laying.

I agree with Wyandottes7 on your breeds. Yes, EEs frequently have small combs (typically pea combs instead of single combs).
